About The Position

Talentful is a talent consultancy that partners with high-growth technology companies to help them attract, engage, and retain talent. The company embeds experienced talent professionals alongside client teams and provides strategic and operational support for hiring and talent functions.

The GTM Sourcer will work with one client at a time, becoming deeply embedded in the client’s culture. The role focuses on finding and attracting talent through deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other creative sourcing strategies, and partnering with stakeholders to promote effective talent practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of non-technical recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top talent for the client.
• Use deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other creative sourcing strategies, to identify passive candidates.
• Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client’s culture, socially and professionally.
• Partner with stakeholders and help them understand the value of good talent practices.
