About The Position

Talentful is a talent consultancy that partners with high-growth technology companies to help them attract, engage, and retain talent. The Senior GTM Sourcer will work with one client at a time, becoming deeply embedded in the client’s culture and partnering with stakeholders to recruit talent across go-to-market (GTM) and general and administrative (G&A) teams. The role uses deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and supports stakeholders in understanding the value of effective talent practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of GTM and G&A recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Ideally, at least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top talent for clients.
• Use deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other creative sourcing strategies, to identify passive candidates.
• Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in its social and professional culture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices.
• Recruit across GTM and G&A teams.
