•$90,000 - $110,000•Onsite

About The Position

Inspira Education Group is hiring a Talent Sourcer to own proactive sourcing end-to-end and help build a scalable sourcing function. The role focuses on finding candidates who are not actively applying, particularly for hard-to-fill, niche, and senior positions. The Talent Sourcer partners with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, runs searches and outreach, screens candidates, and develops repeatable sourcing playbooks informed by results and metrics. The position requires in-office attendance five days a week in the Nomad neighborhood of New York City. Target compensation is $100,000–$110,000 OTE, consisting of a $90,000–$100,000 base salary and a $10,000 bonus. Actual compensation depends on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and geographic location.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, with deep Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
  • A track record of filling hard-to-fill or senior roles through proactive sourcing, rather than only managing inbound applicants.
  • Sourcing experience across multiple functions, not just one specialty.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including outreach that gets responses from people who were not looking for a job.
  • Systems thinking, including documenting work and building repeatable processes.
  • Ability to own multiple concurrent searches with real autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run advanced Boolean and X-ray searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for hard, niche, or senior roles.
  • Develop Ideal Candidate Profiles with hiring managers, going beyond the job description.
  • Own sourcing pipelines across multiple concurrent roles while maintaining quality.
  • Conduct high-volume, personalized outreach and refine messaging using response data.
  • Screen candidates before handing them off to the hiring team.
  • Document playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Track sourcing metrics, including response rates, conversion, and time-to-fill, and act on them.
  • Identify ineffective search strategies and rebuild them rather than relying on increased volume.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance; base plans are 100% employer paid.
  • Pre-tax benefits, including FSA, DCFSA, HSA, and commuter benefits.
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Target compensation of $100,000–$110,000 OTE ($90,000–$100,000 base plus a $10,000 bonus).
