We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in one of our hub locations (Chicago, Austin, Salt Lake City, New York City Area, or San Francisco). In this role, you will be a key partner to our GTM organization, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent that accelerates Gong's growth. You will use your expertise in recruiting to build strong pipelines, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and directly impact the success of our sales teams. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience of GTM recruiting in-house, with a strong track record of successful hires across sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success owning a full desk, managing end-to-end recruiting processes, and consistently delivering on aggressive hiring targets.
  • Understanding of GTM functions, sales roles, methodologies, and industry terminology.
  • Experience using GEM, Greenhouse technology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS systems and sourcing technologies (Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus).
  • A data-driven, results oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a high performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Own/Support the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, including proactive sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the GTM organization, becoming a trusted partner in hiring strategy and execution.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high quality sales talent.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and recruiting best practices to drive process improvements and influence hiring decisions.
  • Represent Gong’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all candidate touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to share insights, refine processes, and contribute to a high performance talent acquisition culture.
