About The Position

Hightouch is seeking a foundational GTM Recruiter to join their team. This role involves building processes, implementing programs, and achieving strong results by being resourceful. The recruiter will act as a strategic partner to the organization, defining hiring needs based on projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends. Key responsibilities include defining talent needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, partnering with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and identifying closing strategies for offers. The role also involves proactively providing candidates with essential information to facilitate their decision-making process and aims to innovate within the talent industry by developing effective recruiting strategies in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
  • Partnered with GTM leaders.
  • Ideally hired for sales and technical sales functions in a high growth environment.
  • Proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
  • Able to juggle various roles at once.
  • Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the hiring manager/recruiter relationship and build a strong and trustworthy partnership.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
  • Build a consistent, humming pipeline.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline.
