Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience (impact and results are valued over years of experience).
  • Partnered with GTM leaders.
  • Hired for sales and technical sales functions in a high growth environment.
  • Proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
  • Able to juggle various roles at once.
  • Thrives and ruthlessly prioritizes in a constantly changing environment.
  • Creative and resourceful in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Defining talent needs by looking at projected growth, team structure and current talent trends.
  • Sourcing and prescreening candidates.
  • Partnering with hiring managers.
  • Ensuring a smooth and fluid process.
  • Identifying closing strategies for offers.
  • Proactively providing candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
  • Changing the talent industry at large and figuring out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
  • Representing Hightouch with candidates in this competitive market.
  • Building a strong and trustworthy partnership with hiring managers.
  • Building a consistent, humming pipeline.
