About The Position

Simile is looking for a talented GTM Recruiter to partner with our Sales and Deployment Strategy teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by building the full go-to-market team, from the enterprise sellers who land our largest accounts to the deployment strategists who turn them into lasting partnerships. As we continue to push the boundaries of foundation models, we need a passionate recruiter who can help us build a world-class go-to-market team that translates frontier research into real enterprise value.

Requirements

  • Mission-Driven: Have a passion for the potential of simulation to improve societal decision-making and a desire to build the team that makes it possible.
  • Commercial Aptitude: Can evaluate talent across enterprise sales motions and deployment work in complex, technical selling environments.
  • AI Fluency: Are hands-on with AI tools like Claude and Codex and use them to build lightweight tools, scripts, and automations that make your recruiting process faster and higher-signal.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and enjoy navigating the evolving requirements of a frontier technology company.
  • Communication: Have excellent organizational skills and act as a bridge between complex product capabilities and practical hiring outcomes.
  • Experience: full life cycle recruiting supporting GTM and commercial teams, ideally within high-growth AI startups or labs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, running a high-touch, rigorous, and transparent process that reflects Simile's commitment to excellence.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to understand what makes a great hire for roles like Deployment Strategists and enterprise Account Executives, from technical fluency to the ability to own complex Fortune 500 relationships.
  • Be the face of Simile in the enterprise GTM community, telling the story of our mission to architect reality and our position as a world-class AI lab.
  • Sharpen and scale our recruiting process while holding a high, inclusive talent bar, so we consistently land top commercial operators and entrepreneurial GTM leaders.
  • Stay ahead of hiring trends in the AI go-to-market landscape and use that fluency to evaluate commercial talent with real signal.
  • Go far beyond inbound. Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to find, engage, and hire top commercial talent across enterprise sales and deployment strategy.
