About The Position
Juicebox is seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to join their team and help build out their Engineering, Design, and Product department. This role is unique as it involves working with an AI sourcing platform and becoming a leader in the recruiting community, focusing on the intersection of modern sourcing and AI. The recruiter will influence external presence through content, community, and candidate experience to establish Juicebox as a premier destination for top AI talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting (either in-house or agency)
- Strong personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn presence, trusted network, respected by peers)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make a candidate feel seen and understood
- Thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
- Care deeply about quality and candidate experience
- Excited to work in-office 5 days a week in SF
Nice To Haves
- Experience with early-stage startups (Seed - Series B) or in-house at high-growth companies
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
- Enjoy writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work
