Senior Recruiter (GTM)

CoastSalt Lake City, UT
$115,000 - $130,000Hybrid

About The Position

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Senior Recruiter (GTM) will be directly responsible for building out Coast’s core team in the company’s growth stage. The successful candidate will also contribute to the ongoing improvement and implementation of Coast’s recruiting motions in partnership with the team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who can dig into the details, think creatively of solutions, and advocate for change when needed. We're growing our GTM (Go-To-Market) function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. You'll partner closely with our talented senior leadership team to own hiring end to end and help build the team that powers our next chapter. While GTM is your primary focus, you may have the chance to support hiring across other teams over time. This is a role for someone who loves finding exceptional people, delivering a standout candidate experience, and helping fuel our growth. We're Series B and moving fast — this is a chance to make a real mark as we scale. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our SLC office.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on building GTM teams
  • Proven track record of finding and hiring top talent, balancing speed and quality
  • AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools in your daily work and you're excited to push further with tools like Claude and BrightHire
  • Strong analytical instincts: comfortable pulling metrics, spotting trends, and keeping hiring managers informed on progress, bottlenecks, and wins
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for building trusted relationships with stakeholders and connecting with candidates
  • A bias toward action — you don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook
  • Comfortable in ambiguity: you build structure without losing momentum
  • Salt Lake City, Utah based, able to be in-office 3–4 days per week
