Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Senior Recruiter (GTM) will be directly responsible for building out Coast’s core team in the company’s growth stage. The successful candidate will also contribute to the ongoing improvement and implementation of Coast’s recruiting motions in partnership with the team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who can dig into the details, think creatively of solutions, and advocate for change when needed. We're growing our GTM (Go-To-Market) function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. You'll partner closely with our talented senior leadership team to own hiring end to end and help build the team that powers our next chapter. While GTM is your primary focus, you may have the chance to support hiring across other teams over time.
