About The Position

Plaid is seeking a contract recruiter to support its Business recruiting team during a period of growth. The recruiter will work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to source candidates, conduct early-stage screens, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Comfort using sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to ramp quickly and work effectively with a team amid shifting priorities.
• High degree of reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about Plaid’s products and the fintech industry.

• Some contract or agency recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for Business roles through outreach, referrals, and talent pools.
• Conduct initial recruiter screens and provide clear, structured feedback to the recruiting team and hiring manager.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep interview scheduling and logistics on track.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system records.
• Provide a timely, communicative, and respectful candidate experience at every stage.
• Support recruiting projects, including building talent pipelines, improving outreach templates, and refining process documentation.
• Flag roadblocks, market feedback, and candidate concerns to the recruiting team early.
