About The Position

Parallel is hiring a GTM Finance Lead to own go-to-market finance and partner directly with revenue leadership. The role covers hiring plans, quota and capacity models, compensation plans, and spending. The lead will translate pipeline, attainment, and unit economics into recommendations that influence decisions; build the revenue organization’s operating plan and bookings forecast; and hold the organization accountable to those plans. The role will bring financial analysis to pricing and packaging for usage-based and committed-spend models, and establish margin targets and discount policies for the deal desk to enforce. The lead will also work with the finance lead on company planning and board reporting, ensuring GTM and company-level financials are aligned. As the function grows, this person will build the team supporting it. Parallel is a web infrastructure company whose products help businesses build AI agents through programmatic access to the web. The company describes itself as a flat, talent-dense organization focused on technical and creative problem-solving. The team works fully in person between its Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office.
