About The Position

Checkr is building a data platform for safe and fair decisions, serving more than 140,000 companies and millions of people. The GTM Engineer will support Checkr’s work helping state governments verify income and employment so benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF can reach eligible people faster.

This role builds and operates the automations and systems that connect marketing, sales, and customer success. It also executes the campaigns that use those systems, including email campaigns, lead flows, and nurture sequences. The role combines technical systems work with hands-on marketing execution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a go-to-market function such as marketing, sales, Revenue Operations, or customer success, with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS.
• A proven track record of building reliable systems, automations, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRMs and marketing technology tools; examples include Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, and Gong.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on system design, growth metrics such as CAC and LTV, and execution.
• Bias for action, urgency, resilience amid ambiguity, ownership, and commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the marketing technology stack, CRM, email, and support integrations using APIs and webhooks.
• Implement AI workflows with strong human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Build attribution models and funnel dashboards to measure revenue impact.
• Manage email and social media execution, including email list health, compliance, and deliverability.
• Execute nurture and lead-generation campaigns alongside the marketing team.
• Partner on paid media and SEO/AEO initiatives.
