GTM Engineer

Koyfin•New York, NY
•$115,000 - $135,000

About The Position

Koyfin is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build the systems, data, and messaging infrastructure that supports the sales team’s sales-assist motion for existing registered users. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a hands-on builder role focused on defining and establishing processes that do not yet exist. The GTM Engineer will support account executives, newly hired sales development representatives, and the Head of Sales by running tests, building reporting, and creating efficient sales motions to support aggressive goals. The role owns HubSpot administration, integrations, and data quality; enrichment and automation workflows for new registrants and existing users; and the lead-to-deal funnel and lead-scoring model. It also builds dashboards, reporting, forecasting infrastructure, and tooling to validate time-boxed tests. The GTM Engineer creates and iterates prospect-facing email and LinkedIn messaging, works with SDRs on targeting and sequencing, and tracks messaging performance as part of funnel analysis. The role partners with AEs and SDRs day to day to identify what is working and improve the sales process. The role is part of a small sales organization and a two-person GTM function alongside the Head of Sales. Koyfin expects independent thinking, sound judgment, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes. Compensation is a base salary of $115,000 to $135,000, plus a performance bonus of up to $25,000 per year tied to team pipeline and revenue goals and paid quarterly. The role also includes equity options and medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible US employees. Final base salary depends on experience, skills, and location.
