About The Position

Temporal is rapidly scaling its field organization and needs to prepare sellers to succeed from their first day and throughout their roles. The GTM Enablement Manager, Field Training & Readiness leads live, interactive training for new hires and experienced sellers, including bootcamp modules, workshops, role plays, and ongoing skills sessions for Account Executives, BDRs, and other customer-facing teams. The role focuses on practice-based training that helps participants build the skills and confidence to have effective customer conversations. The manager owns a defined set of programs and a delivery calendar, using curriculum developed with the broader enablement team and bringing it to life through storytelling, practical examples, and responsive facilitation. The role partners closely with sales and BDR teams in Atlanta and beyond, reinforces skills with managers, gathers field feedback, and works with subject-matter experts when deeper product or customer expertise is needed. It also includes shared operational work such as scheduling, session preparation, LMS updates, and content maintenance. Training delivery is the core focus, with potential to expand into onboarding, BDR enablement, and broader field readiness as the team grows. The role is based in the Atlanta metro area or requires willingness to relocate. In-person collaboration is expected, with a strong preference for one to two office days per week and required in-person attendance for biweekly bootcamp delivery.

  • Be coachable, seek and respond well to feedback, and collaborate effectively while owning individual work.
  • Be comfortable operating in an environment where processes are not fully established, move quickly, maintain a high quality bar, and execute delivery logistics.
  • Already use AI to prepare or personalize sessions or focus on high-leverage work, and look for ways to improve enablement practices.

  • Bring field observations, including what resonates with reps and where they are struggling, back to the enablement team.
  • Deliver foundational material and involve AEs, SAs, or product experts when deeper expertise is needed.
  • Gather session feedback and leading indicators, including participation, skill demonstration, and manager input, and use them to improve future sessions.
