About The Position

Pave is hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to own its go-to-market enablement program end to end. Revenue Enablement works across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to help customer-facing teams understand Pave’s products and the compensation and total rewards domain. This role will develop an existing program into a measurable one, including onboarding, certification, ongoing training, and product launch enablement. The position will build role-based learning paths, create compensation and AI curricula, and design live and on-demand training with assessments. It will also define and report enablement outcomes such as time to ramp, certification rates, and field readiness, while partnering with Product to channel field feedback and recurring product gaps into prioritized input. Pave operates a hybrid culture, bringing teams together in person four days a week. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and has regional hubs in New York City, Salt Lake City, Kraków, and the United Kingdom.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales or go-to-market enablement, or an adjacent role such as sales training, product marketing, solutions consulting, or revenue operations.
  • Experience owning and running an enablement program end to end, including onboarding, ramp, certification, and product training.
  • Strong project management and process-building skills, including the ability to structure work distributed across teams.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills for both live sessions and on-demand content.
  • A measurement mindset focused on outcomes such as ramp velocity, adoption, and conversion, rather than content shipped.
  • Comfort reviewing recorded customer calls to assess how talk tracks and training are landing.
  • Fluency with AI tools and resourcefulness in building programs with available tools rather than a large budget.
  • Ability to partner as an equal with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, and to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A hands-on builder’s approach and willingness to execute and iterate on a program.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a startup or B2B software company, ideally enabling technical or solutions-oriented sellers.
  • Experience enabling teams through a multi-product launch or transition.
  • A product background paired with a go-to-market mindset.
  • Working knowledge of compensation, total rewards, or HR technology, or a track record of quickly learning a technical domain.

Responsibilities

  • Own Pave’s go-to-market enablement program end to end, including onboarding, certification, ongoing training, and the session calendar.
  • Build role-based onboarding paths for Solutions Consulting, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, with clear competency checkpoints.
  • Run product launch enablement for every release, including Pave Agent, covering positioning, demo guidance, objection handling, and known gaps.
  • Develop a compensation and total rewards curriculum covering benchmarking, pay philosophy, bands, equity, and planning cycles, and build AI enablement for daily work.
  • Design on-demand courses and assessments, including scenario-based practice and graded certifications.
  • Track and report completion using existing tools, distinguishing verified completion from self-attested completion.
  • Define and report enablement impact, including time to ramp, certification rates, and field readiness.
  • Partner with Product to turn field feedback and recurring product gaps into clear, prioritized input.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including options for family coverage.
  • Flexible or unlimited PTO.
  • Ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to one month.
  • Lunch and dinner stipends and fully stocked kitchens.
  • Quarterly education stipend.
  • Robust parental leave.
  • Commuter stipend.
