Growth Strategy & Operations Intern
About The Position
Support DocuSign’s centralized Growth Strategy & Operations team across Growth Teams, helping streamline planning cadences, cross-functional execution, and operational reporting. This is a three-month internship and an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Strategic Planning. The intern will help progress the Growth AI Strategy by driving experiments and new use cases for operational excellence, and will support Growth operating rhythms, key analyses, and special projects. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week in an office; the weekly in-office expectation may vary by team.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student graduating in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Experience with Google Workspace and spreadsheet/modeling tools.
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship; CPT, OPT, or sponsorship is not available.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent structured communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functional disciplines.
Nice To Haves
- Business Administration, Operations Research, Strategy, Technology, or Information Systems major or field of study.
