About the Role This is an immediate-impact role designed for high-potential individuals who want to be fast-tracked into a strategic advisory career in marketing and business growth. You will begin by working alongside a Senior Strategist who will mentor and guide you toward managing your own portfolio of client engagements. You will learn how to operate within a system that leverages best-in-class SaaS platforms, data, and AI tools to drive results—while developing the skills required to operate independently. This role is ideal for someone who excels at: Learning quickly and adapting to new tools and systems. Thinking critically and asking insightful questions. Communicating clearly and confidently. Taking initiative and ownership of their work. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Marketing Exposure: Demonstrated exposure to digital marketing channels including SEO, web, content, email, and social media.
  • Cognitive Ability: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a high level of curiosity.
  • Execution: High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and act independently.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfort learning and using new tools, systems, and AI platforms.
