About The Position

AudienceView is looking for a Client Growth Manager to drive new revenue by selling their solutions to existing clients. This is a highly proactive, sales-driven role focused on pipeline creation, outbound prospecting, and closing deals across the live entertainment and technology space. The role has a strong focus on strategic client growth, making it ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales or cross-sell role, ideally within technology or SaaS
  • Strong outbound and prospecting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Confident, relationship-driven communicator
  • Experience in working to and regularly achieving a sales quota

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling embedded payments, marketing platforms, or integrated SaaS solutions
  • Experience in performing arts, live entertainment, or ticketing
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or SalesLoft
  • Exposure to marketing platforms and email marketing tools
  • Experience representing companies at conferences or events

Responsibilities

  • Expand revenue within existing customer accounts through cross-sell of new products and services
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Engage directly and build relationships with client decision-makers and executives
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on pipeline, strategy, and growth
  • Accurately track activity and opportunities, ideally using Salesforce
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences when required
