Growth Program Manager

Scale AI•San Francisco, CA
•$180,800 - $226,000

About The Position

The Growth Program Manager owns programs that find, engage, and onboard engineers, finance professionals, scientists, and other domain specialists whose judgment helps AI systems reason in their fields. The role combines strategy and execution: defining what to build and why, taking initiatives from early-stage development to scaled, repeatable operations, and moving on to new high-impact problems. Programs are still being built and operate at a volume that can reveal new issues, so the role uses AI and automation to help them scale reliably. The position requires end-to-end ownership and accountability for program results. The manager sets program strategy, leads execution and teams, develops expert pipelines, builds AI-enabled workflows, and creates reporting and experimentation practices. Once a program reaches steady state, the manager hands it off and takes on another initiative.
