About The Position

The Growth Operations and Revenue Technology Director leads operational execution, systems governance, automation, measurement, and scalable processes for Advantix’s Sales and Marketing Operations. Reporting to the VP of Connectivity Experience & Sales Operations, this role connects Marketing, Sales, Channel, Product, Operations, RevOps, and Business Systems to turn approved go-to-market, partner, OEM, campaign, and enablement strategies into repeatable execution. The Director ensures systems, data, workflows, content deployment, partner programs, and reporting operate as an integrated revenue execution engine, while strategic ownership remains with the appropriate functional leaders.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B sales operations, marketing operations, channel marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing roles.
  • Strong experience developing sales and marketing operations strategies, technology roadmaps, governance standards, platform optimization plans, and scalable revenue growth processes.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, campaign operations, segmentation, nurture programs, event follow-up, ABM, customer lifecycle communications, and content execution.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce campaign management, CRM data hygiene, lead source governance, attribution models, opportunity influence tracking, pipeline reporting, and revenue reporting best practices.
  • Proven success managing OEM, MDF, co-marketing, partner marketing, and indirect channel programs across distributors, VARs, agents, strategic partners, or other partner ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building executive dashboards, measuring campaign performance, analyzing partner and OEM engagement, evaluating attribution, and connecting activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to align Sales, Marketing, Channel, OEM, Product, Operations, RevOps, and Business Systems around shared priorities and execution plans.

Responsibilities

  • Govern and optimize the sales and marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms, processes, data, automation, campaigns, partner engagement systems, and reporting.
  • Operationalize approved company, marketing, channel, sales enablement, partner, OEM, event, campaign, demand generation, and technology priorities.
  • Evaluate platform capabilities, budget allocation, partner participation, OEM contributions, system adoption, process efficiency, and measurable return on investment.
  • Align lead generation, lead routing, campaign execution, opportunity management, partner attribution, and revenue reporting across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Business Systems.
  • Serve as the business owner for marketing system requirements, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Establish scalable processes, workflows, and automation that improve effectiveness and reduce manual administrative effort.
  • Govern approved brand messaging, campaign content, partner collateral, presentations, enablement materials, digital assets, and partner communications, while Marketing and Sales Enablement retain ownership of strategy and direction.
  • Own the campaign operations framework, marketing automation execution, platform requirements, and content deployment model for partner, OEM, event, digital, ABM, and customer lifecycle programs.
  • Develop and maintain automation programs for lead nurturing, partner and OEM engagement, events, webinars, ABM, customer communications, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Implement governance standards for campaign creation, segmentation, data synchronization, automation workflows, reporting structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Create repeatable campaign frameworks, approved messaging templates, deployment processes, and reusable operational assets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and subject matter experts to deploy approved content and present complex connectivity offerings consistently.
  • Continuously improve automation effectiveness through testing, optimization, performance analysis, and reporting feedback loops.
  • Manage sales and marketing-related CRM processes, data hygiene, campaign architecture, attribution, revenue reporting, and reporting governance.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Business Systems to improve campaign architecture, lead source governance, opportunity influence tracking, partner attribution, and reporting consistency.
  • Establish company-wide standards for lead management, campaign hierarchy, data governance, opportunity influence, marketing and partner attribution, pipeline reporting, and lead source governance.
  • Ensure Salesforce and marketing automation platforms provide accurate visibility into marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, OEM-generated opportunities, campaign ROI, and revenue contribution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data quality and reporting integrity and create scalable, self-service reporting that improves visibility and accountability.
  • Operationalize OEM and partner marketing programs, engagement initiatives, and growth enablement frameworks that support approved joint go-to-market execution and measurable revenue generation.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment among OEM, Channel, Product, Operations, RevOps, Business Systems, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement to coordinate execution, identify gaps, and maintain scalable processes.
  • Translate approved partner, channel, OEM, and go-to-market strategies into operational programs, campaign plans, partner communications, and enablement distribution processes.
  • Coordinate OEM participation and financial contributions for approved events, campaigns, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives, including planning, campaign setup, lead capture, follow-up, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Publish, distribute, maintain, track adoption, and measure approved enablement resources, including campaigns-in-a-box, playbooks, onboarding programs, nurture campaigns, competitive guides, messaging guides, templates, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Govern partner portal implementation and operations, including structure, workflows, asset libraries, campaign resources, training organization, partner communications, utilization tracking, and deal registration when strategically justified.
  • Ensure partner systems and resources remain simple, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with channel growth priorities.
  • Own analytics, insights, and revenue performance measurement across sales and marketing operations, partner and OEM programs, demand generation, campaigns, attribution, events, partner portal activity, and revenue reporting.
  • Develop executive dashboards showing pipeline creation, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, marketing ROI, attribution, OEM contribution, event performance, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and partner portal utilization.
  • Establish reporting cadence and deliver consistent insights, performance trends, and actionable recommendations tied to growth priorities.
