Growth Operations Analyst (m/f/d)- US

Pliant•New York, NY
•Hybrid

About The Position

Pliant is hiring a Growth Operations Analyst to support and scale its US outbound sales motion. The role reports to the Growth Associate leading outbound strategy for the US Sales team and works closely with global Outbound Ops, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and AI teams. It is part of the Growth organization, led by the VP of Growth. The position begins with day-to-day outbound operations, including building and cleaning lead lists, maintaining accurate CRM and sequencing data, and preparing weekly sales reporting. Over time, the analyst will take ownership of outbound hygiene for BDRs and extend that work to Account Executives. The main focus is Direct Sales and Travel, with potential scope in adjacent areas such as Insurance and event-driven campaigns as priorities change. This is a hybrid role, with a preference for candidates based in New York City. After six months, the option to work fully remotely may be available based on performance. The role offers close mentorship, exposure to growth and sales leadership and global teams, and the opportunity to travel to Pliant's Berlin headquarters for onboarding alongside global Growth teams. Compensation is $75,000–$110,000 OTE, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a fast-paced startup.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data quality.
  • Ownership mindset: close gaps and flag judgment calls rather than guessing.
  • Coachability, including welcoming direct, fast feedback and acting on it quickly.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working with sales leaders and representatives.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Clay, Amplemarket, or Claude.
  • Candidates with more experience, including those moving from investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance into an operating role, are also welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Build, enrich, and qualify target account and contact lists for outbound campaigns and industry conferences.
  • Score and segment accounts against the ideal customer profile so BDRs can focus on appropriate companies.
  • Keep lists deduplicated and consistent with CRM records.
  • Monitor sequence enrollment, bounces, opt-outs, and activity logging, and address data gaps such as missing owners, stale contacts, or incorrect lifecycle and deal stages.
  • Over time, extend outbound hygiene from BDRs to AE pipeline hygiene, including next steps, close dates, and stage accuracy.
  • Own the data used for weekly US sales reporting, including activity, pipeline, and outbound performance, and turn recurring questions into repeatable reports.
  • Document owned workflows so they are repeatable and easy to hand off.
  • Help roll out and administer new tools, such as dialers and sequencing platforms.
  • Run and improve AI-powered workflows and work with the AI Unit to automate repetitive tasks.

Benefits

  • Attractive remuneration.
  • Choice of preferred operating system: Windows or Mac.
  • Flexibility and possibility to work remotely.
  • Pliant Card with monthly credit to explore the product and enjoy food with colleagues.
  • Opportunity to travel to the Berlin headquarters to ramp up alongside global Growth teams.
