About The Position

The Growth MarTech Senior Specialist owns Crypto.com’s web and mobile app tracking architecture, ensuring accurate, privacy-conscious event collection and routing to advertising platforms. The role partners with Engineering and User Acquisition teams to define data layer requirements, implement and maintain GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, and Firebase integrations, troubleshoot platform-specific signal issues, and enrich advertising signals. It also leads tracking audits and establishes automated quality monitoring to identify event drop-offs, latency, data gaps, and discrepancies. The specialist supports measurement and attribution initiatives spanning last-touch attribution, multi-touch attribution (MTA), media mix modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing. They analyze acquisition performance, CAC, LTV, and cohorts to produce actionable recommendations for channel investment and growth strategy. The role collaborates with Data Engineering on event streams and growth data pipelines, uses advanced SQL to build tables and conduct ad hoc analyses, and develops automated dashboards with Tableau and Databricks. It also applies AI agents to streamline reporting and communicates technical requirements across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Data teams while maintaining documentation for tracking architecture, event taxonomies, and data schemas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 4 years of dedicated experience in MarTech tracking, growth analytics, and digital marketing data analysis.
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and GTM, including defining data layer requirements, routing advertising signals, and debugging network setups.
  • Expertise in advertising platform signals and mechanics, including experience with Meta CAPI, AEM, Google conversion signals, and event postbacks to DSPs and ad networks.
  • Expertise in mobile app tracking with AppsFlyer and Firebase, including standardizing event taxonomies and overseeing SDK and server-to-server integrations.
  • Understanding of advanced attribution frameworks such as MMM and MTA, and experience designing and executing incrementality tests such as holdouts and conversion lift studies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing economics, including user acquisition optimization, CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, and paid media strategies.
  • Understanding of CDP and CRM tools such as Segment and Braze and their use in routing signals to downstream channels and systems.
  • Understanding of privacy-centric tracking mechanisms such as Google Consent Mode and SKAdNetwork.
  • Advanced SQL skills for large-dataset analysis, custom table creation, and ad hoc analysis, with hands-on experience using Databricks and Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate marketing and business needs into precise technical tickets for Engineering and Data teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, technical documentation experience, and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner with Engineering to implement, test, and maintain mobile app SDK and server-to-server tracking using AppsFlyer and Firebase, including event taxonomy and AppsFlyer health.
  • Work with User Acquisition channel owners to resolve tracking bottlenecks, troubleshoot platform-specific signal loss, and enrich signals sent to advertising platforms.
  • Lead audits of tracking and reporting foundations to address data gaps, latency, and discrepancies across tracking tools, internal BI, and advertising platforms.
  • Establish automated QA monitoring for event drop-offs and tracking anomalies while managing privacy-centric tracking and consent routing.
  • Support attribution measurement solutions from last-touch models through MTA and MMM, and collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to ensure clean model inputs.
  • Analyze acquisition performance, CAC, LTV, and user cohorts to inform channel scaling and growth strategy.
  • Support the design, implementation, and analysis of incrementality tests to assess causal impact and validate ROI.
  • Coordinate with Data Engineering on growth data requests and ensure event streams are clean, structured, and accurately mapped into data pipelines.
  • Write complex SQL to analyze large datasets, build custom tables, and perform ad hoc analysis.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau and Databricks, and integrate AI agents into reporting workflows.
  • Translate marketing and analytics use cases into technical requirements and actionable project tickets for Growth, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
