About The Position

Local Logic is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help turn our next-generation go-to-market strategy into scalable, pipeline-generating execution. We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-native growth marketer who can move fluidly across paid acquisition, website optimization, outbound support, campaign experimentation, and conversion flows. You will work closely with our GTM Director to turn AI-powered signals, context, and intelligence into scalable growth plays: campaigns, landing pages, outbound motions, audience segments, conversion flows, reporting, and repeatable plays. This is a hands-on role for someone who is just as comfortable optimizing LinkedIn Ads as they are improving a website journey, testing outbound messaging, refining an offer, analyzing funnel performance, or using Claude to move faster from insight to execution. Reporting to the GTM Director, you will work closely with our VP Marketing, broader marketing and sales teams to translate intelligence into pipeline-generating action. This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, with regular in-person collaboration expected.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or a similar hands-on B2B marketing role.
  • Strong experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, including landing page performance, SEO, AEO, conversion rate optimization, and user journeys.
  • Experience working across campaign workflows that include paid media, web, email, outbound, audience segmentation, conversion paths, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience using Codex/Claude to improve marketing execution, research, analysis, workflow automation, and content iteration.
  • A genuine interest in AI-native GTM organizations and how modern marketing teams can use AI to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
  • Ability to translate strategy, research, market intelligence, and account insights into concrete growth execution.
  • Comfort working with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, ad platforms, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and next steps.
  • Ability to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of ownership.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Based in Montreal and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Turn GTM intelligence, account insights, market signals, and campaign hypotheses into executable growth initiatives.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, web, email, and other performance channels.
  • Translate AI-powered signals into practical execution plans, campaign briefs, audience segments, landing pages, outbound flows, and performance reports.
  • Partner with sales to execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns at scale.
  • Identify which experiments should become repeatable motions, and help build the systems, templates, workflows, and reporting needed to scale them.
  • Operate as the execution layer between strategy, intelligence, creative, content, sales priorities, and pipeline impact.
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, web, email, and other performance channels.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, campaign structure, budgeting, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Identify new opportunities to generate qualified demand across channels, audiences, offers, and account segments.
  • Build and optimize campaigns that support Local Logic’s core GTM motions, including inbound demand generation, account-based marketing, outbound acceleration, product launches, webinars, content campaigns, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Partner with content, creative, sales, and GTM stakeholders to turn positioning, offers, and market insights into campaigns that convert.
  • Work closely with the GTM Director to operationalize Local Logic’s AI-powered GTM OS and operate a workforce of AI agents.
  • Use AI-generated research, account intelligence, market signals, and campaign hypotheses to inform execution.
  • Build and refine AI-assisted workflows for campaign setup, audience segmentation, competitive research, copy iteration, keyword research, landing page optimization, outbound support, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Implement AI-powered scoring and segmentation of ABM audiences and develop repeatable ABM playbooks.
  • Help turn high-value AI workflows into repeatable operating rhythms for growth marketing.
  • Provide feedback to the GTM Director on which workflows, agents, skills, and systems are most useful for execution, and where the GTM OS can better support pipeline-generating activity.
  • Stay curious about emerging AI tools, GTM workflows, and new ways of operating as an AI-native marketing team.
  • Own website performance optimization with a focus on conversion, discoverability, and pipeline impact.
  • Build, launch, and optimize landing pages, conversion flows, campaign pages, and forms that support growth initiatives.
  • Improve SEO, AEO, content discoverability, internal linking, and the way Local Logic appears across search and AI-driven discovery experiences.
  • Use data to identify where visitors are dropping off, where intent is being lost, and where the website can better convert demand into qualified pipeline.
  • Continuously test and improve page structure, messaging, calls to action, forms, offers, and user journeys.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, funnel movement, and pipeline impact.
  • Use data from HubSpot, Salesforce, website analytics, ad platforms, and other tools to understand what is working, what is not, and what to test next.
  • Run structured experiments across channels, audiences, offers, messaging, landing pages, outbound flows, and conversion paths.
  • Turn successful tests into repeatable, scalable growth motions.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything: launch quickly, measure rigorously, iterate constantly.
