About The Position

ResQ is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team and contribute to the company's next phase of growth. This role is crucial for building an AI-powered product in the Trades and Field Service sector. The position is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for performance marketing, demand generation, analytics, and sales enablement. The Growth Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving pipeline and revenue through paid acquisition, lifecycle programs, and go-to-market initiatives. This individual will collaborate with Sales and Leadership to develop and scale programs aimed at generating qualified leads, enhancing conversion rates, and accelerating deal closures. The role requires active campaign management, including building campaigns in Meta, Reddit, and YouTube, optimizing Google Ads, testing creatives, and analyzing performance data.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Hands on experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads and/or Meta required; Reddit or other channels a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in tracking performance, building reports, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working across full funnel marketing including acquisition, nurture, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to create clear, compelling marketing and sales content.
  • Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across key channels (Google, Meta, Reddit, and others), managing targeting, creative testing, budgets, and optimization to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Help track and analyze marketing performance across channels. Monitor key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Lead a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
  • Support lifecycle marketing efforts including email campaigns, nurture flows, and lead follow-up programs that help move prospects through the funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
