You are an AI native B2B SaaS demand gen leader who has built an inbound engine, targeting highly technical buyers, before. You think in funnels, not channels. You are an expert in all aspects of technical SEO. A significant increase in inbound is necessary to achieve our growth goals but you also understand that B2B inbound is about the quality of pipeline, not the volume of leads. Sound interesting? Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand gen / growth marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of an inbound funnel that materially drove pipeline at a Series B–C company or equivalent stage.
  • Deep SEO chops — technical, on-page, and content strategy — with a credible point of view on AEO / LLM visibility.
  • Hands-on paid acquisition experience across LinkedIn, Google, and conversion-focused channels; comfortable owning budget and ROI.
  • Lifecycle and nurture program experience in HubSpot
  • Strong analytical foundation: can build a pipeline forecast model and defend it to a CFO.
  • Editorial judgment — can shape an editorial calendar and brief writers/PMM on what is needed
  • Revenue mindset: you have held & exceeded a pipeline number
  • Strong partnership skills with the rest of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Product Engineering.
  • A perpetual learning mindset, opinionated on what we are doing and always open to exploration

Responsibilities

  • Own website strategy and conversion optimization, including architecture, page flow, conversion paths, forms, CTAs, and ongoing A/B testing.
  • Own SEO/AEO end-to-end — technical, on-page, content strategy, programmatic pages, internal linking — and our visibility in LLM-driven search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini AI Overviews).
  • Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to deploy content across the inbound funnel and identify content gaps.
  • Manage paid demand capture channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn intent campaigns, retargeting, and paid placements on review sites (G2, Capterra).
  • Own budget allocation, attribution, optimization, and channel ROI accountability for paid demand capture.
  • Own inbound funnel reporting and conversion metrics, including leading indicators and headline metrics like inbound-sourced SALs, opportunities, and end-to-end conversion rates.
