This role is for a marketer who can translate these strengths into pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate treats marketing as a revenue function, with programs measured by pipeline and bookings, not just leads and impressions. They will attract and convert B2B multi-seat buyers through demand and lifecycle programs, utilizing HubSpot to manage the funnel and build social proof. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for pipeline, lifecycle, and demand programs in a hands-on, autonomous role. You will directly manage the marketing platform, leveraging AI and modern martech as force multipliers within a small, skilled team that includes digital, performance, web, SEO/AEO, and content creation specialists. Experience building growth marketing programs within a PLG-meets-sales-assist motion is highly valued.
