About The Position

Vercel is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute multi-channel programs that guide developers and enterprise customers through their journey with Vercel. This role will focus on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, directly influencing customer experience and ensuring they realize the full value of Vercel’s products. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Growth Product Team, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Data teams to deliver personalized, impactful lifecycle communications at a global scale. This is a high-visibility position with the potential to significantly impact both revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally within SaaS, developer tools, or B2B technology.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Segment, Looker, Mixpanel).
  • Proven ability to design and scale multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable improvements in product adoption and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical developers and enterprise buyers.
  • A growth mindset with passion for experimentation, iteration, and scaling lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned & paid channels to drive activation, adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Develop and implement segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver timely and relevant messages to developers and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain customer journey maps to identify friction points, optimize touchpoints, and design end-to-end experiences that drive conversion, retention, and loyalty.
  • Build scalable automated workflows and experimentation programs using behavioral triggers, A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, surfacing insights and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure lifecycle marketing efforts support Sales and Customer Success priorities and align with Vercel’s broader Go-To-Market strategy through cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with design and product marketing teams to develop compelling messaging for both technical and business audiences.
