About The Position

Bevi is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the company's email marketing engine. This role involves end-to-end strategy, hands-on campaign building, execution, and measurement across all customer and prospect touchpoints. The Growth Marketing Manager will be a key marketing partner to cross-functional teams, managing the editorial process and ensuring organizational alignment. This high-impact role spans demand generation, product launches, partner communications, events, strategic accounts, and thought leadership. The position requires a proactive individual who can identify and fix issues before they become problems, with a strong ownership orientation.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience with deep ownership of email programs, including strategy, segmentation, and results accountability.
  • Expert-level, hands-on HubSpot user, capable of building and sending campaigns, workflows, smart content, forms, sequences, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • WordPress proficiency for landing page builds and campaign asset management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-email product launch programs with multiple audience segments, structured feedback timelines, and zero-defect deployment standards.
  • Track record of hands-on campaign execution, including personal building, QA, and sending of emails.
  • Ability to pull and interpret personal performance and measurement data.
  • Proven A/B testing track record, including test design, statistical analysis, and systematic application of learnings.
  • Strong cross-functional project management instincts.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write or sharply edit email copy in a brand voice.
  • High ownership orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with cold audience sequencing, vertical-specific messaging, and BDR or SDR coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Build emails end-to-end in HubSpot, including template and module setup, personalization, dynamic content, list segmentation, and workflow logic.
  • QA and test all campaigns before deployment, ensuring rendering across clients and devices, link integrity, personalization accuracy, and deliverability.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and pipeline/revenue impact.
  • Own the annual email roadmap, aligning with product launches, campaign moments, seasonal demand, event schedules, and company priorities.
  • Develop and maintain an email content playbook with standards for subject lines, copy length, design, CTA hierarchy, and personalization.
  • Serve as the email marketing lead for product-related communications, including new flavor launches, product updates, and partner programs.
  • Translate product releases into email campaigns that drive awareness, excitement, and action.
  • Evaluate and introduce new formats and approaches for email and landing pages based on performance data.
  • Build and QA landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot, including form configuration, copy, and conversion tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a landing page testing roadmap covering headlines, forms, social proof, and CTAs.
  • Maintain a live email and landing page testing roadmap, prioritizing experiments by impact and feasibility.
  • Ensure an active A/B or multivariate test is always running on high-volume sending programs.
  • Design A/B and multivariate tests across copy, creative, CTAs, and send logic.
  • Manage outbound email programs, including cold audience sequencing and vertical-specific messaging.
  • Coordinate with BDR or SDR teams for outbound email efforts.
  • Run a structured intake process for marketing requests.
  • Maintain a shared calendar for marketing activities.
  • Hold multiple stakeholders accountable for marketing initiatives.
