About The Position

· Lead and optimize Entyre’s marketing activities and performance to expand market for Adult Foster Care services. · Analyze business and marketing data and metrics to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends in the adult home healthcare sector. · Apply data and marketing analyses to optimize Entyre’s marketing strategies, target participants requiring adult care support, and develop improved integrated marketing programs. · Develop marketing growth campaigns using multiple online and offline channels, including Digital Advertising Platforms, Direct Mail, Email, print media, television, and public relations events and webinars. · Analyze and track performance metrics, ensuring effective budget allocation and maximum return on investment. · Apply data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Hubspot Customer Resource Management (CRM), Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets & Slides for analysis, presentation, and reporting needed to support and expand our advertising and marketing strategies. · Develop, test, and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies, including prioritizing rapid iteration and agility in creative experimentation and campaigns management. · Collaborate with Entyre’s International Marketing team to tailor strategies for local markets in the U.S. and aligning marketing operations with Entyre’s global business objectives. · Establish professional and business relationships with external agencies and media partners to drive our marketing efforts toward measurable success. · May direct or supervise junior marketing personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Two years of experience developing business-to-customer (B2C) growth or performance marketing programs, ideally within a startup or dynamic business environment.
  • Experience must include expertise in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Paid Social (Meta, Instagram) and offline channels like Direct Mail, Email, Print, OOH, and Promotion Activations while monitoring performance marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CVR, and CAC, and use of HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer data and campaigns.
