About The Position

Uniti Real Estate is experiencing significant growth, having recently raised its Series A funding and planning to triple headcount this year. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for all market-facing content, including the website, LinkedIn presence, product launches, case studies, and whitepapers. This role is crucial in shaping the category narrative as Uniti establishes itself as the leading solution. The manager will collaborate with product, customer success, the CEO, and the Field & Events Marketing Manager to translate product releases and customer successes into impactful content. The position requires a writer who can effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, from property operators to investors, across different real estate verticals.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in demand generation or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI.
  • A portfolio showcasing landing pages, case studies, launch campaigns, and high-performing LinkedIn posts.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to transform customer conversations into various content formats.
  • An aversion to generic AI-generated content.
  • Comfort with technology stack including Webflow (or similar CMS), HubSpot or Marketo, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience briefing designers using Figma-adjacent tools.
  • Proficiency in interviewing customers to understand operational changes.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to take ownership and execute projects independently from start to finish.
  • Collaborative approach, knowing when to involve product, CS, and CEO.
  • Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing customer interactions over competitor analysis.
  • Ability to ship content quickly and iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute content marketing campaigns across recommended channels and formats.
  • Own the Uniti website end-to-end, including content, structure, launch pages, integration pages, and vertical pages.
  • Manage the LinkedIn corporate page and executive amplification, including cadence, content, and engagement.
  • Oversee content for all product launches, including landing pages, launch videos, posts, customer emails, and press angles.
  • Produce customer case studies from initial contact to final publication, including interviews, writing, and on-site video production.
  • Develop sales enablement collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, ROI narratives, and vertical briefs.
  • Gain deep understanding of customer operations through direct interaction and customer calls.
  • Become an expert in each vertical market Uniti serves (self-storage, manufactured housing, senior living, coworking, etc.).
  • Partner with the Growth team for distribution (paid, email, SEO) and with Design to maintain Uniti's brand voice.
