The Growth Marketing Manager will own DTC growth and assist with new customer acquisition, retention, CRO, and revenue-driving initiatives across paid media, lifecycle marketing, affiliate, influencer, PR amplification, and new channel experimentation. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, ecommerce conversion strategy, and growth scalability. This is not a brand-awareness-only role. Success in this position will be measured by profitable growth, customer acquisition efficiency, conversion improvements, and overall revenue contribution to the business.
