About The Position

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to continuously improve our website performance and digital conversion funnels. This role will focus on optimizing the website user journey, increasing lead generation, and improving conversion rates through structured experimentation and analysis. You will work closely with marketing, design, and product marketing teams to identify friction points, implement improvements, and ensure the website consistently converts visitors into qualified leads and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of improving website conversion rates and lead generation performance.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and using experimentation tools.
  • Strong experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and landing page builders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.).
  • Experience optimizing B2B lead generation websites.
  • Familiarity with SEO, AIO and inbound marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the website conversion funnel, from first visit to lead submission
  • Analyze user behavior andidentifyopportunities to improve the websiteuser journey and conversion paths.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms, CTAs, layouts.
  • Monitor and report on key website and funnel performance metrics, including: Visitor-to-lead conversion rate Key page conversion rates Bounce rate and engagement metrics Traffic source performance Lead quality and funnel progression
  • Build dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into website and campaign performance.
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and analytics setup across the website.
  • Continuously research and implement CRO best practices, tools, and experimentation frameworks.
