About The Position

Eagleview is a leading provider of aerial imagery, property insights and software that transforms the way people work. Eagleview holds more than 300 patents and owns a large geospatial data and imagery library encompassing 96 percent of the US population. Eagleview provides the most accurate data, enabling customers in the government, construction, solar and insurance industries to make timely, informed and better decisions. We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Lead to drive pipeline growth and optimize performance across the funnel. This role combines demand generation, performance marketing, and content development and execution—ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on. You’ll help plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives while analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results. You’ll also contribute to the development of marketing assets, including campaign content, landing pages, and digital communications. Working closely with marketing, product, content, and design teams, you’ll help deliver effective campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand gen, growth, or performance marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Must be proficient in using AI tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Salesforce, GA, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with ABM is a plus.
  • Proficiency with AI tools.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS or tech experience.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Understanding of attribution and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SEO, events, webinars, ABM) to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve conversion across the funnel
  • Create and manage campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
  • Write clear, conversion-focused copy for campaigns and partner communications
  • Partner with sales on targeting, lead quality, and pipeline goals
  • Support National Accounts and co-marketing initiatives with partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact programs
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and messaging development
  • Assist in identifying target audiences and developing relevant messaging
  • Support surveys or feedback initiatives to better understand customer needs and behaviors
  • Support documentation and organization of marketing activities and processes
