They discover products through AI summaries, communities, creators, dark funnels, group chats, LinkedIn comments, and content they never click on. We want someone who is equally obsessed with psychology and conversion, creative experimentation, funnel performance, storytelling that doesn’t sound like enterprise AI sludge, and understanding how modern audiences actually pay attention. This role sits at the center of how Grip grows. You’ll work across campaigns, lifecycle marketing, nurture, paid, conversion, messaging experiments, reporting, and marketing systems — helping us build a smarter and more creative revenue engine.
