About The Position

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own user acquisition for Poke.com, a proactive AI agent for everyday life. Interaction is a $300M consumer company backed by significant investment. Our core engineering team has built the agent platform from the ground up, and usage is now scaling rapidly. We need someone who has successfully scaled growth at a fast-paced consumer startup to build a robust growth engine.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading paid acquisition or a growth function at a fast-scaling consumer company.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale channels, reduce CAC, or build product lines from scratch.
  • Strong bias to action; ability to ship campaigns and test new ideas without waiting for permission.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Low ego and willingness to tackle any important problem.

Responsibilities

  • Own user acquisition strategy and execution.
  • Deeply engage in at least one of the following areas: Paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads at scale), Creative engine (producing and testing UGC, static, and video ads), or Organic and loops (SEO, programmatic landing pages, lifecycle, referral, and other compounding channels).
  • Build and scale compounding channels that do not depend on paid spend.
  • Develop and implement systems for shipping new creative weekly.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize spending, and identify high-performing channels.
  • Solve problems proactively and demonstrate a bias for action in testing new growth initiatives.
