About The Position

Vivant eliminates internet, phone, and WiFi outages for multi-location businesses — guaranteed. We're scaling from $7M to $20M MRR and building a lean, high-output marketing function. You'll be one of two marketing hires working directly with the founder. This is an execution role. If you're the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn't for you. Requirements

Proven execution of B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM, including building automations and sequences.
Genuine strength in copywriting, capable of writing engaging cold email subject lines and LinkedIn posts.
High level of organization and ability to manage own deadlines.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and the ability to adapt without losing output quality.
Basic graphic design skills to produce clean, on-brand materials.

Responsibilities

Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns and sequences in Go High Level.
Own the content calendar and publishing across LinkedIn, email, and the website.
Build and test landing pages and lead magnets, tracking conversion rates.
Manage consistent social media posting, primarily on LinkedIn, tied to ICP targeting.
Track campaign performance and update a weekly/monthly KPI dashboard.
Handle logistics, materials, and follow-up sequences for events like trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Identify candidates, coordinate interviews, and produce written and video assets for customer case studies.
Perform website updates, including content updates, landing page creation, and basic SEO hygiene.
Create graphic design assets for social media, ads, one-pagers, and email using Canva or equivalent.
