Growth Marketing Manager

Baselayer•New York, NY
•$120,000 - $150,000•Onsite

About The Position

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to run experiments across paid, owned and earned channels that turn into qualified pipeline. You'll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to reach risk, compliance, and fraud leaders at banks, credit unions, and fintechs. You'll report to marketing leadership and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Revenue Operations. You'll own the budget, the testing roadmap, and the reporting, and your numbers will show up directly in pipeline reviews and leadership conversations. This is not a role for someone who wants to hand campaigns off to an agency and review a monthly deck. We're looking for someone who gets into the ad accounts, builds the tests, reads the data, and is accountable for pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and leads.

Requirements

  • Accountable for pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and leads.
  • Gets into the ad accounts, builds the tests, reads the data.

Responsibilities

  • Own programs across paid channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads, owned channels like email and the website, and earned channels like social and partnerships, from strategy and audience targeting through launch and daily optimization.
  • Build and run account-based advertising programs aimed at target financial institutions and fintechs, in partnership with Sales
  • Manage and allocate the budget across channels.
  • Launch and scale retargeting, content syndication, and sponsored placements that support the full buyer journey
  • Run a structured testing roadmap across audiences, offers, creative, email, the website, and landing pages.
  • Partner with Design and Product Marketing to brief and iterate on creative and messaging for a compliance-minded buyer
  • Improve website, landing page and form conversion rates, and reduce friction from first click to booked meeting
  • Reporting on what each experiment teaches us, and scale the ones that work.
  • Own campaign tracking, UTM standards, conversion events, and offline conversion syncs between ad platforms and HubSpot
  • Report on CAC, cost per opportunity, pipeline sourced and influenced, and ROAS, with clear recommendations on what to do next
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to build attribution and funnel reporting the whole GTM team trusts
  • Work with Sales leadership to align on target accounts, lead quality, and handoff from marketing to sales
  • Share channel and audience insights with Product Marketing to sharpen positioning and campaign strategy
  • Evaluate and manage agencies, contractors, and ad tech tools as the program scales
