This is a doer role where you will own how Alaro gets found and how visitors become customers. The current pipeline is driven by founder networks and inbound leads, and the goal is to transform this into a well-oiled machine. In the first 6 months, you will be responsible for the end-to-end website management, including messaging, structure, conversion, speed, and SEO. You will also run and implement CRO experiments on landing pages, pricing, and calls to action. Additionally, you will build demand channels for a sophisticated legal buyer, focusing on SEO and content, paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google), partnerships, and lifecycle email marketing. You will also manage marketing analytics and attribution, and collaborate with the GTM team and founders on positioning and content to close deals. This role requires hands-on execution, including writing copy, setting up campaigns, and analyzing data independently.
