About The Position

Eisen is seeking a Founding Marketer to drive demand generation across various channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, and content. This role involves managing vendors and executing marketing strategies directly. The position also includes Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for identified named accounts, coordinating paid efforts with sales outreach, and developing account-specific plays. The Founding Marketer will own event strategy, from pre-event targeting to post-event pipeline conversion, and build partner marketing programs. Additionally, the role involves developing content and narrative for both the core product and platform expansion, targeting compliance professionals at regulated institutions. Pipeline reporting and clear communication to the CEO are also key responsibilities. This role is unique because a demand gen system is already in place, producing pipeline, with defined ICP and paid media running. The focus will be on scaling what works and building marketing for new product lines and platform expansion. The market is large and underserved, with compliance departments at financial institutions ripe for modernization.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • Experience marketing to banks, fintechs, or compliance/risk/finance buyers.
  • Experience running ABM against named account lists.
  • Experience owning event strategy that produced pipeline.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Comfortable in HubSpot.
  • Confident presenting to a CEO who asks pointed questions.

Responsibilities

  • Demand generation across paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, and content.
  • Manage vendors and execute marketing strategies directly.
  • Operationalize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for named accounts, including paid air cover, account-specific plays, and engagement timing.
  • Own event strategy, including pre-event targeting, dinner strategy, booth presence, and post-event pipeline conversion.
  • Build partner marketing programs.
  • Produce content and narrative for core product and platform expansion, including case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, ad creative, and conference collateral.
  • Communicate pipeline performance clearly to the CEO.
