Eisen is seeking a Founding Marketer to drive demand generation across various channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, and content. This role involves managing vendors and executing marketing strategies directly. The position also includes Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for identified named accounts, coordinating paid efforts with sales outreach, and developing account-specific plays. The Founding Marketer will own event strategy, from pre-event targeting to post-event pipeline conversion, and build partner marketing programs. Additionally, the role involves developing content and narrative for both the core product and platform expansion, targeting compliance professionals at regulated institutions. Pipeline reporting and clear communication to the CEO are also key responsibilities. This role is unique because a demand gen system is already in place, producing pipeline, with defined ICP and paid media running. The focus will be on scaling what works and building marketing for new product lines and platform expansion. The market is large and underserved, with compliance departments at financial institutions ripe for modernization.
