About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team at a freestanding emergency room in Pearland, TX. This role focuses on field marketing, social media management, event coordination, and other marketing initiatives to increase community awareness and drive patient volume.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or emergency services.
• Strong skills in field marketing, social media management, and event planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to engage the local community and healthcare providers.
• Manage and grow social media channels by creating compelling content and engaging with followers.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
