About The Position

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own and scale Forus's paid acquisition engine. You'll have full ownership over strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels with a mandate to drive efficient provider growth and build a high-velocity experimentation culture. This is a high-ownership role; you'll move fast, operate lean, and make decisions that directly impact top-of-funnel growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social
  • Proven track record driving SMB or professional-audience acquisition through digital channels
  • Proficiency across some or all of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Startup orientation and comfortable operating without a large support team, building processes from scratch, and context-switching across priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to physicians, clinical staff, or healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance constraints in digital advertising
  • Experience with SEO strategy and content-driven acquisition
  • Background in B2B SaaS or health tech with a professional-audience ICP
  • Experience running video ad campaigns (YouTube, Meta video, OTT)

Responsibilities

  • Own full search strategy, campaign management, and funnel optimization across all search platforms
  • Own all paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels including audience targeting, creative briefing, and CAC optimization
  • Brief and review ad creative across channels; maintain a continuous refresh cadence tied to channel performance
  • Build and own attribution infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and a structured A/B testing program across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages
  • Work closely with GTM, Design, and Product to optimize the full conversion funnel
  • Flex beyond core scope to support broader team initiatives as needed
