We're looking for a Growth Marketer to architect the next generation of our growth engine. This is a senior, high-leverage role for a builder who thinks in systems, moves like an operator, and uses AI to compound the output of every team they touch. The Marketing team sits at the center of Tapcart's GTM motion, and this role sits at the center of the Marketing team's most important bet: that AI-powered infrastructure — not headcount — is how modern growth teams scale. Tapcart has lofty goals in 2026, and this Lead will be responsible for designing and building the AI-driven GTM infrastructure that fuels pipeline growth, while partnering deeply across Marketing, Rev Ops, and Sales to turn that infrastructure into measurable revenue. The candidate filling this role will have a rare combination of skills: senior growth marketing judgment, hands-on systems-building ability, operational rigor, and fluency with the modern AI tooling stack. This is a Marketing role with deliberate, daily crossover into the broader GTM team — the partnership between this person and our Rev Ops, Sales, and Marketing leaders is essential to raising the ceiling on what our GTM org can execute.
