About The Position

The role involves owning Didit's acquisition channels, including activating new ones, managing and scaling existing channels, and driving a steady flow of signups and pipeline. This is a hands-on role where the individual will run the channels themselves, monitor performance metrics, and focus on what is working effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growing a real funnel, owning acquisition and activation for a SaaS, developer-tools, fintech, or API-first product.
  • Analytical and hands-on approach, comfortable with analytics and attribution tools.
  • Fluent with funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, payback).
  • Ability to design and interpret experiments.
  • Practical experience in at least two of the following: paid search/social, SEO/content, lifecycle/email, partnerships.
  • Clear and persuasive writing skills, capable of producing converting landing pages, emails, or ads, and briefing others.
  • Self-directed and fast-paced work ethic.
  • Ability to sell a technical product to a technical buyer, or a strong willingness to learn identity/KYC/AML, compliance, and fraud concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, marketplaces, or iGaming.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth and combined self-serve/sales-assisted motions.
  • Comfort with the modern growth stack (GA4, attribution, CRM, lifecycle/ESP, paid platforms) and lightweight no-code/automation.
  • Familiarity with identity/KYC/AML, compliance, or fraud concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and manage acquisition channels — paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, community, and other relevant channels.
  • Scale successful channels and discontinue underperforming ones by measuring each channel's effectiveness.
  • Grow signups and pipeline by driving self-serve growth and providing qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of performance across the entire funnel.
