Growth Manager (FinTech)

• Engage closely with new customers
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process

• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, product strategy, partnerships, or consulting
• Minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Experience in project management and sales is advantageous
• Passion for start-ups and disruption, with experience in or ambitions to build your own venture in the future
• Emotional intelligence and compassionate and supportive nature
• Ability to be a self-starter and adapt to multiple roles in high-pace environments
• Passion for building networks and ability to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at C-suite and executive levels
