Responsibilities
- Work across the Fintech and Operations venture builder to identify product requirements and validate propositions against investment criteria
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver new products and features, managing scope and prioritizing test fast, learn fast delivery
- Own and run ongoing Product cadences, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, and product demonstration meetings
- Utilize scrum project management frameworks to effectively identify, communicate, and deliver new products and features
- Identify, establish, and build strong relationships with stakeholders within the Finance and Operations Venture Builder, fellow product managers, business stakeholders, and external customers
- Leverage generative AI to support delivery of differentiated products and features, as well as productivity and ways of working improvements
- Participate in additional learning and development programs managed by Blenheim Chalcot centrally
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in product, strategy, or operations
- Have a minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
- Have a passion for start-ups and disruption, with experience in or ambitions to build your own venture in the future
- Be a self-starter and be able to adapt to multiple roles in high-pace environments
- Have curiosity and a willingness to identify problem statements and underlying factors
- Have a keen eye for detail and high standards for work produced
- Have emotional intelligence and be compassionate and supportive in nature
- Have a passion for building networks and working well with colleagues and stakeholders at C-suite and executive levels
Requirements
