About the position
The Fund Analyst role at Blenheim Chalcot is a key position within the Investments Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the investment strategy, managing fund operations and administration, and providing financial support to portfolio companies. They will oversee investor communications and onboarding, maintain records of fund positions, and work closely with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities
- Responsible for investor communications and onboarding, including regular investor reporting and addressing investor requests
- Work with fund operation team in India to maintain internal CRM system and investor portal
- Oversee third-party administrators to ensure appropriate procedures and controls surround investments into the BC portfolios
- Responsible for ongoing management of the funds, including maintaining records of fund positions within the internal CRM system and operational analysis
- Oversee fund audits and fund governance matters
- Work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, driving project management of new fund launches and capital transactions
- Submission of fund regulatory reporting, such as AIF reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders centrally and in the portfolio companies
- Monitor and analyze the current portfolio of companies
- Manage funds from BC Partners and external investors, providing investment governance
- Support CEOs/CFOs with strategy, fundraising, M&As, and debt refinancing
- Lead on investor relations
- Support the incubation of new ventures
- Take part in cross-portfolio learning and development program to grow entrepreneurial toolkit
Requirements

- Familiarity with investor onboarding, fund governance, reporting, and accounting

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience in monitoring and analyzing portfolios
- Knowledge of investment governance and supporting CEOs/CFOs with strategy, fundraising, M&As, and debt refinancing
