Growth Development Representative

Aledade PBC
•$24 - $29•Remote

About The Position

The Growth Development Representative (GDR) drives Aledade’s cohort-driven, one-to-many demand motion for Core accounts. As an embedded member of a regional sales pod, the GDR independently owns engagement strategy across an assigned account portfolio, executes cohort sales plays with Marketing and Network Development, and leads buying-group qualification and discovery to support opportunity creation. The role involves independent decisions about account prioritization, outreach strategy, stakeholder mapping, and qualification, with limited day-to-day oversight. It is also described as Aledade’s primary entry point for commercial talent into Network Development, Marketing, and Practice Transformation. The position is geographically flexible, and the ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely from home across U.S. time zones. The GDR collaborates with regional sales and marketing partners, engages prospects at relevant events, and maintains accurate account and campaign records in Salesforce. Occasional travel to trade shows, conferences, and regional events is expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of business development, sales development, or inside sales experience at a structured B2B technology or services organization, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, multi-stakeholder engagement, and qualification of complex opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead substantive business conversations with healthcare practice leaders and clinical decision-makers.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in account prioritization, outreach strategy, and qualification decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in value-based care, primary care, ACOs, or population health.
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase and with intent data.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger, and with buying-group selling.
  • Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Comfort working in a distributed, regionally organized team with cross-functional dotted-line accountability.
  • Interest in building a career in value-based care and openness to future internal moves into Network Development, Marketing, or Practice Transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own engagement strategy for an assigned regional account book; prioritize accounts using cohort signals, intent data, and field intelligence, and design and sequence tailored multichannel outreach.

  • Develop qualification narratives that inform the Network Development Leader’s engagement.
  • Partner with central Marketing and the regional Field Marketer to design and execute cohort campaigns; provide structured field intelligence and execute the account-level campaign layer.
  • Work as a member of the regional sales pod with the Regional Sales Director, Network Development Leaders, Sales Operations Specialist, and Field Marketer.
  • Co-own the qualification-to-discovery transition with the Network Development Leader through Stage 1, including initial meetings, follow-up discovery, secondary-stakeholder engagement, and account-plan development.
  • Represent Aledade at relevant trade shows, conferences, and regional events; co-plan participation, engage prospects, and lead post-event follow-up and account progression.
  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records of account engagement, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity progression.
  • Capture GDR engagement as campaign members across the funnel to support attribution measurement and pipeline visibility, and contribute to improving cohort engagement processes.
