About The Position

The Vice President, Growth and Development advances Eskaton’s strategic growth agenda through enterprise master planning, affiliations, management services, partnerships, acquisitions and expansion opportunities. The position serves as an enterprise integrator for major growth initiatives, coordinating internal and external experts, establishing workstreams and decision pathways, and sustaining momentum from opportunity identification through evaluation, approval and implementation. The role ensures growth is mission-driven, strategically disciplined and aligned with organizational priorities, resident and consumer needs, operational capabilities, culture and long-term financial sustainability. It supports the President & CEO in defining growth goals and investment priorities, develops evaluation frameworks and reporting, and translates complex information into clear recommendations for executive and Board consideration. This is an enterprise leadership role focused on converting strategic opportunities into coordinated, executable growth rather than traditional business development. The successful candidate will demonstrate seasoned executive judgment, humility, curiosity, strong financial and business acumen, and a growth mindset. The position requires leading through influence, integrating diverse expertise, creating clarity in complex environments, and modeling Eskaton’s values and high-performance culture. The role also requires compliance with company policies, HIPAA, safety guidelines, attendance and dress standards. Applicants must submit a cover letter explaining how their experience and qualifications align with the role. The final candidate must pass post-offer pre-employment testing, including a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen and health screen, and sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
