Vice President Growth Marketing

Fusion Risk Management•,

About The Position

Fusion Risk Management is seeking a commercially accountable growth marketing executive to serve as Vice President, Growth Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this leader owns Growth Marketing's contribution to enterprise pipeline and builds the programs, operating system, and cross-functional coordination needed to scale it. The role spans two buying motions. In established categories, the leader will capture and convert existing market demand efficiently through the Market Maker motion. The leader will also develop larger enterprise opportunities through the Enterprise Builder motion, engaging executive buying groups around broader enterprise resilience challenges before a traditional category evaluation, defined project, or budget has fully formed. The Vice President will design integrated growth programs for priority markets, target accounts, buying groups, and business outcomes, and orchestrate execution across Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Customer, and Revenue Operations. Direct oversight includes Enterprise Builder BDR, Market Maker BDR, Digital Advertising, Demand Generation Operations, and Marketing Analytics / Operations / AI Enablement. The role also influences adjacent go-to-market functions through program architecture, shared measures, and operating discipline. Success requires treating pipeline, revenue, efficiency, and win rate as business outcomes; scaling an operating model with early traction; and using market and pipeline evidence to optimize investment, improve repeatability, and change course when warranted.

Responsibilities

  • Own Growth Marketing's pipeline commitment across existing-demand and enterprise demand-creation motions, translating company growth objectives into target-account, program, investment, and pipeline plans.
  • Build predictable enterprise pipeline and maintain visibility into pipeline quality, progression, conversion, efficiency, expansion pipeline, and shared win-rate improvement.
  • Determine how programs, investment, engagement, and execution should differ according to buying maturity, account opportunity, market dynamics, and evidence of customer demand.
  • Protect and improve the established demand engine while scaling approaches for developing larger enterprise opportunities and broader enterprise resilience demand.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to translate revenue objectives into pipeline requirements, program priorities, account strategies, and resource tradeoffs.
  • Translate category, industry, solution, and customer-expansion strategies into integrated growth programs for specific markets, buying groups, target accounts, and business outcomes.
  • Define each program's audience, value hypothesis, engagement architecture, content and proof requirements, BDR activation, digital and event roles, partner participation, Sales plays, investment model, and measurement framework.
  • Make programs, rather than individual channels, the primary unit of growth management so activities across the buyer journey operate as an integrated system.
  • Orchestrate execution across Product Marketing, Brand and Content, BDRs, Digital, Events, Sales, Customer, Alliances, and Revenue Operations with clear objectives, decision rights, operating cadence, success measures, and accountability.
  • Align functional leaders through program design, data, influence, and shared business outcomes.
  • Develop account-based, multi-threaded enterprise engagement that helps executive buying groups understand problems, quantify business impact, explore value, and build the case for change.
  • Build and continuously improve the Growth Marketing operating system, including planning, weekly pipeline reviews, program performance reviews, executive reporting, and account-level measurement.
  • Establish hypotheses, learning agendas, and leading indicators before programs launch, then use account and pipeline evidence to optimize investment and execution.
  • Balance analytical rigor with speed and judgment, including making decisions in complex enterprise markets before statistically large samples are available.
  • Build trusted visibility into program economics, attribution limitations, account progression, conversion, pipeline quality, and shared win-rate performance.
  • Use automation and AI to increase research, personalization, content, outreach, analytics, workflow efficiency, and go-to-market throughput before adding proportional headcount.
  • Evaluate and scale AI-enabled growth capabilities that improve execution quality, efficiency, personalization, or decision-making.
  • Lead the Growth Marketing organization across Enterprise Builder BDR, Market Maker BDR, Digital Advertising, Demand Generation Operations, and Marketing Analytics / Operations / AI Enablement.
  • Develop leaders, clarify accountability, and evolve roles and team structure as the growth model scales.
  • Coach teams into a more sophisticated, integrated operating model while maintaining pipeline delivery and business performance.
  • Create a culture of commercial accountability, direct feedback, experimentation, intellectual openness, and continuous improvement.
  • Regularly assess organizational capability and resource allocation to ensure the team structure supports growth priorities and the operating model.
