Growth Associate

2B Living, Inc.•San Francisco, CA
•$95,000 - $105,000

About The Position

The Growth Associate joins 2B Living’s Growth team and works directly alongside the Growth Leader on high-impact new-business opportunities. This is a high-ownership role focused on creating leverage for the Growth Leader and building the operating systems, workflows and relationship practices that support the company’s expansion across markets, property types and client segments. The role supports a portfolio of more than 6,000 units across more than 550 properties and contributes to growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. The position covers deal execution and growth operations, client and relationship support, market intelligence, internal handoffs and the development of direct client-facing ownership. The Growth Associate helps manage opportunities from serious engagement through agreement and onboarding; prepares materials and meeting briefs; coordinates internal teams; maintains CRM and relationship information; and turns market and pipeline data into useful recommendations. They also help ensure signed clients transition into operations with complete context and that delivery reflects commitments made during the sales process. As judgment and experience develop, the Growth Associate is expected to take on selected opportunities and client relationships directly, represent 2B Living at industry and broker events, and potentially grow into ownership of a defined segment, market or business line. The role is based in the Bay Area and involves local travel for meetings, events and property tours.
